    New Research - Senior Care Employees & The COVID-19 Vaccine Federal MandateOver 2,100 long-term care employees responded to an OnShift survey conducted to capture the impact that the new COVID-19 vaccine Federal mandate will have on the industry's workforce. The research indicates a potential mass exodus from long-term care providers and shares current employee vaccination rates, as well as future employment plans for unvaccinated staff.

    Key insights from the survey include:

    • 57% of survey respondents have received the COVID-19 vaccine
    • 38% of respondents have not received the COVID-19 vaccine
    • Of those unvaccinated respondents, only 8% plan to receive the COVID-19 vaccine
