At OnShift, we are dedicated to providing innovative staff scheduling and shift management software that helps healthcare professionals solve relevant and pressing business challenges. We are the only company to provide web-based staff scheduling software that is focused entirely on the long-term care and senior living industry. This means that our scheduling software is built upon an in-depth understanding of how healthcare providers work day-in and day-out, and how industry regulations and developments, like healthcare reform or Medicaid reimbursement issues, affect their every move.

We complement this focus with an extensive background in building leading-edge, staff scheduling and shift management software technologies. Our software is “in the cloud” as a SaaS solution (Software as a Service), and we are continually looking for new technologies and new ways to make our software even better, yet still easy-to-use.
