Mike DiComes Named OnShift Senior Vice President Of Customer Success

High-Impact Leader In Customer Experience Joins OnShift Senior Leadership Team

 

Cleveland, OH, November 3, 2021 — OnShift®, a leader in human capital management software for post-acute care and senior living, today announced that Mike DiComes has been hired as Senior Vice President of Customer Success. With a proven track record leading all aspects of service and delivery at several technology companies, DiComes will take on a senior leadership position for OnShift’s customer success organization as the company continues on its path of rapid growth.

DiComes joins OnShift with over 20 years of experience leading global functions and multi-disciplined teams driving the customer experience for software technology companies across several industries including healthcare, cyber security, payments and higher education.

Prior to OnShift, DiComes led the customer success organization at Jenzabar, where he was responsible for all post-sales customer delivery disciplines. He also held several senior management roles leading support, professional services and technical account management during his tenure at ACI Worldwide, Inc. In addition, DiComes led the North American services and support organization for Sophos, a UK-based cybersecurity company.
