It’s an exciting and challenging time to be working in the senior living and long-term care industries. Organizations are dealing with unprecedented staffing difficulties and the ramifications of COVID-19, but so many professionals have gone above and beyond to support their residents and fellow teammates, and I’ve been inspired to see these incredible efforts.


I know 2023 will bring its own challenges, but I can’t wait to see how those within the industry step up to meet them.

Your strength and endurance over the past few years is nothing short of heroic, and it inspires our OnShift team every day. While I’m excited to spend some quality time with family and friends over the next couple of weeks, I cannot wait for 2023. Big things are coming from OnShift, and we’re so excited to share them with you.
