About Mark Woodka

CEO

Mark joined the Company in July, 2008. As CEO, Mark is responsible for day-to-day operations, assisting OnShift in go-to-market strategy, customer acquisition and product development strategy.

Mark brings to OnShift over 25 years of experience in enterprise software sales and marketing. Prior to OnShift, Mark was Vice President of sales for Flashline, Inc. and was responsible for the development and implementation of Flashline’s global sales strategy. This included channel development and increasing market share, as well as building, managing and overseeing the direct sales force. Flashline was acquired by BEA Systems, Inc.

Prior to joining Flashline, Mark was the Senior Vice President of business development at TMW Systems, an enterprise management software developer serving the transportation and logistics vertical markets. At TMW, Mark built the sales and marketing organization from the ground up, increased the company’s revenue by over 1500%, and grew its customer base from 35 to over 550. Mark was also instrumental in developing an international distribution strategy for TMW’s products. TMW was acquired by a private equity group.

Prior to joining TMW, Mark was president and founder of PSI, a regional hardware and software value-added reseller located in Minneapolis.
