Going in to 2020, The Good Samaritan Society – Sanford Health was looking to reduce excess labor costs and improve staffing to budget.

The emergence of COVID-19 meant they needed to quickly adjust their labor management strategies to not only maintain the levels of care and service they provide today, but to help them achieve success in the future. It also meant getting creative to keep their staff informed to ensure safety, promote confidence and boost engagement.

The Solution
