The research indicates a potential mass exodus from long-term care providers and shares current employee vaccination rates, as well as future employment plans for unvaccinated staff.

- 57% of survey respondents have received the COVID-19 vaccine
- 38% of respondents have not received the COVID-19 vaccine
- Of those unvaccinated respondents, only 8% plan to receive the COVID-19 vaccine
