Plum Healthcare Group Partners With OnShift For Staffing Success

When OnShift first began, we knew that we didn’t want to sell our customers a product and say, “see you later.” Instead, we sought to create meaningful partnerships with our clients from the point of implementation and beyond. We have dedicated ourselves to working hand-in-hand with providers to share staff scheduling and labor management best practices for daily success. So, nothing thrills me more than hearing stories like that of Chris King, IT Senior Project Manager with Plum Healthcare Group.

According to King, Plum’s Customer Success Manager has been a key aspect to keeping positive momentum going throughout their organization. By knowing the ins and outs of their buildings, proactively checking in to offer suggestions and providing regular training, Plum has realized positive outcomes with OnShift.

We work with a lot of vendors, and of course they always want to be our partner, but I feel like there really is a true partnership there with the relationship we have with Rachel.

Having her as our customer success manager has been a key aspect to keeping momentum going and not being static. Keeping our employees engaged has been huge. We certainly appreciate that.

It seems like sometimes she knows our buildings and our people almost better than I do.

She proactively schedules calls with us and also with our buildings, follow-up calls, training, essentially anything we’ve needed, she’s been there for us.

She’s really done an outstanding job, so we’re lucky to have her as part of our team.
