Last week, as [National Assisted Living Week](https://www.ahcancal.org/Education-Events/Pages/NALW.aspx) unfolded with its beautiful theme of "Season of Reflection," the OnShift team took a moment to show appreciation to the community. On Wednesday, we dropped by [Concord Reserve](https://lec.org/communities/concord-reserve/) in Westlake, Ohio. The day was as much about catching up as it was about recognizing the dedication of the Concord Reserve team and the entire assisted living community.

As we visited, the smiles of our team and the dedicated staff at Concord Reserve were a testament to the power of collaboration. Amidst our daily hustle, it's important to pause and acknowledge the consistent efforts of assisted living professionals. This visit was about celebrating the dedication of these professionals who make a difference every day.
