Milestone Retirement Communities is a Vancouver, Washington-based senior living organization that employs 3,900 employees across their 39 buildings in 22 states. Like many providers we work with, they came to OnShift seeking increased visibility into staff utilization to [reduce labor costs](https://www.onshift.com/why-onshift/cost-control).
