[OnShift](https://www.onshift.com/) recently announced Staff Exact, an acuity-based staffing software option. By connecting staffing plans with resident acuity levels, Staff Exact identifies staffing requirements by position and location, to the hour. The result is better resident care and labor cost management, according to the firm.  “Staffing and labor management have become top priorities for providers as they continue to face reimbursement cuts, reform, regulatory change, and a huge focus on delivering quality care at low costs,” stated Mark Woodka, CEO of OnShift.
