[OnShift](https://www.onshift.com/) received an overall performance score of 92.6 (out of 100) for its web-based staff scheduling product, according to a KLAS report entitled "Human Capital Management: Finding the Right Vendor Mix." All of the firm's customers indicated they would buy OnShift again, that OnShift is part of their long-term plans, and the product has all needed functionality, the company reports.
