[OnShift](https://www.onshift.com/) has released a Five Star Staffing Guide to help providers look at how their staffing analytics match up to Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services guidance.

Providers can model Five Star staffing targets and run “what-if” staffing mix scenarios, the company said. The guide details nursing hours by position, such as RN or LPN.
