OnShift Inc., the Cleveland-based human capital management technology company has acquired the Hudson-based company, Avesta Systems Inc. Avesta Systems Inc, provides talent acquisition software and services that streamline recruiting and hiring processes.
The companies did not reveal financial terms of the transaction, which was announced in a news release on Monday, Feb. 10.
