Cleveland, OH, June 7, 2010 — OnShift, (www.OnShift.com), developers of nurse scheduling and employee communication software, recently announced it selected Mr. Frank Grogan to serve as the company’s Vice President of Business Development.

Grogan joins OnShift after managing a channel business for Exact Software, where he helped increase revenue to $16M from business development through 45 channel partners in North America. Prior to his success at Exact Software, Grogan developed expertise in the software industry at a web-based Globalization Management Systems company called eTranslate/Convey Software. Additionally, Mr. Grogan brings his experience from related industries: a web-based Supply Chain Management solutions provider (WebPlan), a web based Workflow solution provider (Action Technologies), Cincom (ERP/Development tool/Database) and other software companies.

Frank Grogan obtained his B.B.A from Ohio University and brings over 21 years experience selling enterprise and departmental solutions to multi-national, national, and regional businesses. His business development efforts range from engaging C-level executives to departmental managers and representatives. On the technical side, Grogan’s expertise includes Internet-hosted applications, client/server and various enterprise computing platforms.

OnShift CEO Mark Woodka stated, “We’re so glad to have Frank Grogan on our team. He joins us at a time of strong growth, and we’re confident he will help OnShift expand its presence both in geographic reach as well as into larger market segments. Our channel business has experienced extremely rapid growth this year and we needed a seasoned executive to manage and accelerate that growth. Frank’s level of expertise in enterprise software and success rate in business growth clearly makes him the right person for this new challenge.”

Grogan will report to and work closely with Frank Griffith, OnShift’s Executive Vice President. OnShift’s corporate office is downtown Cleveland, but Grogan will maintain an office in the Cincinnati area, where he lives with his wife and two daughters. Grogan added, “I’m so honored to be part of the OnShift team. I believe OnShift software is revolutionizing the way long term care facilities and hospitals schedule and communicate with their nurses, and I’m eager to start spreading the word.”

Long term care facilities and hospitals can request a free, no-obligation demo of the software at www.OnShift.com. The company emphasizes that OnShift software is scalable, so it works as just as well for a large hospital system as it does for a single long term care facility.
