Gene founded OnShift with the idea to build mobile technology based software that enables businesses to automate their staff management processes with instant interaction like never before. Gene’s work experience spans leadership positions at both startups and Fortune 500 organizations. Prior to OnShift, he was VP of Products and Marketing for Lavastorm Technologies, a provider of business applications, where he led product direction and strategy. Gene also managed mobile content distribution at American Greetings Interactive and worked in telecommunications, media and energy product lines at Siebel Systems, which was later acquired by Oracle.
