Frank brings to OnShift 30 years of experience in enterprise software sales and marketing, with special emphasis working with startups. Prior to joining OnShift, Frank built GHI, a diversified holding and management company comprised of several privately-held technology firms that serves thousands of clients worldwide. Frank has earned numerous awards with GHI, including Entrepreneur of the year, Small Business of the year, and several business growth awards. His work experience also includes leadership positions at Viador, where he helped grow the firm from $1 million to $30 million in less than 2 years. Frank’s first job was as a Systems Engineer and Programmer on the IBM PC in 1982.
