Cleveland, Ohio based OnShift brings you the first staff response management system (SRM) that combines existing communication technologies, a scheduling application and staff directory to automate the resolution of staffing emergencies and control overtime.

OnShift employee scheduling software is designed to be user-friendly and intuitive, to optimize productivity in a fast-paced environment. Its bi-directional communications platform that combines text messaging, email, and integrated voice response technologies makes OnShift unique among the competition. The communication platform is tied directly into the staff directory and scheduling modules, ensuring that every transaction that requires employee interaction is automated, virtually eliminating many previously unavoidable hours of manual calling and contacting.
