Its bi-directional communications platform that combines text messaging, email, and integrated voice response technologies makes OnShift unique among the competition. The communication platform is tied directly into the staff directory and scheduling modules, ensuring that every transaction that requires employee interaction is automated, virtually eliminating many previously unavoidable hours of manual calling and contacting.
